Turn business signals into the right next action
Signext is focused on automating recurring workflows across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
We design workflows that detect what changed, gather the relevant context, determine what needs attention, take the appropriate next step, and verify the result against the systems that hold the truth.
Have a recurring workflow your team still handles manually?
Describe how it works today. We'll review it and get in touch if we think Signext can help.
No sensitive data required.
- Signal
- Context
- Decision
- Action
- Verification
From signal to action
The useful question isn't simply:
“Can AI do this task?”
Instead, ask:
- Signal
What happened?
- Context
What context matters?
- Decision
What decision should be made?
- Action
What action should follow?
- Verification
How do we know the result is correct?
Signext thinks about workflows as:
Signal, then Context, then Decision, then Action, then Verification
That structure can be applied to recurring workflows across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
Example workflow
Weekly pipeline review
A sales manager shouldn't need to manually inspect every opportunity to discover which deals need attention.
A workflow can turn changes in the CRM into a focused list of deals that need attention.
Signal
Detect things such as:
- no clear next step
- unusual stage aging
- slipping close dates
- long periods without activity
- important changes since the previous review
Context
Bring together the relevant opportunity history, recent activities, notes, stakeholders, and previous commitments.
Decision
Determine which opportunities actually require attention, what is missing, and why the issue matters.
Action
Depending on the situation, the workflow could:
- create a review queue
- recommend the rep's next action
- prepare a follow-up
- surface the issue to the manager
- update the appropriate workflow or CRM task
Verification
Check recommendations against the underlying CRM data and the company's own business rules before consequential actions are taken.
Some steps can run automatically.
Others should assist a person or require approval.
Real example from prior work
Turn a sales methodology into an operating workflow
A company can have a well-defined sales methodology and still struggle to make it happen consistently across every opportunity and every rep.
In one prior client implementation, the starting point wasn't a generic AI sales framework.
It was the client's own sales methodology.
The first step was to understand how the company expected its sales process to work:
- what needed to be discovered before an opportunity could progress
- what qualified an opportunity for each stage
- what a meaningful next step looked like
- which commitments reps were expected to secure
- what managers were expected to review and coach
- which leading indicators mattered to the business
That methodology was then translated into the workflow itself.
01 Monitor
Monitor the process
Review active opportunities against the company's own selling rules.
Identify things such as:
- missing discovery
- opportunities sitting in a stage without the evidence required for that stage
- missing or vague next steps
- stalled follow-ups
- expected commitments that never happened
- situations requiring manager attention
02 Guide
Guide the rep
Use the company's methodology and the actual opportunity history to determine the next best action.
The recommendation could explain:
- What we know
- What is missing
- Why the gap matters
- What the rep should try to accomplish next
The objective isn't generic AI sales advice.
It's guidance grounded in how that company actually sells.
03 Reinforce
Reinforce the methodology
Bring the process into the team's day-to-day work through contextual CRM tasks, reminders, and recurring reviews.
Instead of leaving the sales methodology in a playbook or training document, bring it into how opportunities are actually worked.
04 Manager visibility
Give managers visibility
Aggregate process gaps and leading indicators into recurring management reporting.
Leaders can see:
- Where the methodology is being followed
- Where opportunities are breaking down
- Which behaviors need coaching
- Where management intervention is required
The AI doesn't replace the sales manager.
It assembles the evidence the manager needs to coach effectively.
Stay grounded in the customer's process
Recommendations are based on the company's documented methodology and the underlying source records.
If important information is missing, the workflow surfaces the gap instead of inventing an answer.
Don't make the business adapt to the automation.
Make the automation understand how the business actually works.
Other workflows Signext can help with
Find the right leads and opportunities to work
Instead of having reps search through hundreds or thousands of CRM records, use account history, activity, engagement, fit, and other signals to identify where attention is most valuable.
A workflow could answer:
- Who should we focus on?
- Why now?
- What happened before?
- What should happen next?
It can also help uncover older leads and opportunities that may be worth revisiting.
Prepare the context before an important conversation
Relevant information is usually scattered across CRM records, notes, activities, emails, and previous conversations.
Before an important prospect or customer meeting, a workflow can bring together things such as:
- Previous conversations
- CRM history
- Open actions
- Objections
- Stakeholders
- Commitments already made
- Recent changes
The goal is to surface the context that materially changes the conversation — not simply summarize everything available.
Find problems hiding between systems
The same customer, opportunity or account often exists across CRM, spreadsheets, finance systems, support tools, and internal workflows.
Those records drift.
A workflow can compare the relevant sources, identify discrepancies, gather the supporting evidence, and route the issue to the right person.
The system can automate obvious corrections where appropriate and keep a person in control when the answer isn't clear.
AI can be confidently wrong
A workflow isn't successful simply because it completed without an error.
It is successful when the output matches the underlying source data and the business rule it was supposed to implement.
That's why Signext separates four things.
- 01
Deterministic logic
Use rules and code where the answer should be exact.
- 02
AI reasoning
Use models where context, interpretation, or synthesis genuinely helps.
- 03
Verification
Check important outputs against the systems and records that actually hold the truth.
- 04
Human control
Require approval where an action involves meaningful judgment or business risk.
Reliable work matters more than maximum automation.
The technology should follow the workflow
These workflows may touch CRM, email, spreadsheets, call transcripts, support tools, internal databases, and APIs.
Depending on the process, that might include systems such as:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Outreach
- Gmail
- Slack
- Google Sheets
- Jira
But the starting point shouldn't be:
“Which automation tool should we use?”
It should be:
“How should this business process actually work?”
The architecture should follow the workflow — not force the workflow into a particular tool.
Experience behind Signext
Signext is led by a technology and Revenue Operations leader with 15+ years of experience across SaaS, GTM operations, product, and large-scale technology programs.
At CleverTap and Spendflo, the work spanned Revenue Operations, CRM and GTM systems, pipeline management, forecasting, sales planning, lead management, and cross-functional revenue operations.
Earlier roles at Microsoft and Amazon included product and program leadership across large-scale technology and automation initiatives.
More recently, the focus has been hands-on building and operating production AI agents and automated business workflows — designing workflows, connecting systems, implementing decision logic, validating outputs against source records, and determining where human judgment should remain in control.
What is your team still doing manually?
Maybe someone still has to:
- Check several systems
- Work out what changed
- Decide what needs attention
- Prepare a report or follow-up
- Update records
- Make sure the right person takes the next action
If it happens repeatedly, it may be worth automating.
