This page explains what Signext collects through this website, why, and how to ask for it to be removed.
What we collect
If you submit the workflow form, we collect the name, work email, company and workflow description you provide. We also record basic acquisition information alongside the submission — the page you arrived on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
We do not ask for a phone number, job title, team size, budget or meeting availability.
Why we collect it
Workflow submissions are used to evaluate whether Signext can help with the process you described, and to contact you about that submission. The acquisition information tells us which channels bring people who are interested — nothing more.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database used only for this website. Access is restricted to Signext.
We use Resend to send ourselves an internal notification when a workflow is submitted. Your submission details are included in that internal email. It is sent to Signext only, and it is never sent to you.
Analytics
This site runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no third-party tracking script, and no cookie or consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
We do record, alongside a submission you send us, the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the link you followed. That is stored with the submission itself and is not used to track you across other sites.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
Marketing
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to anything. There is no newsletter and no marketing email sequence. We contact you about your submission, or not at all.
We do not sell your data
Signext does not sell submitted personal data.
Deleting your data
Email hello@signext.ai from the address you submitted and ask us to delete your submission. We will delete the submission and everything associated with it.
Please don't send sensitive information
Don't include passwords, credentials, confidential customer records or other sensitive data in a workflow description. A description of the process is enough.
